Mayamin Seafood, nestled in the heart of Puncak Alam, Selangor, offers a vibrant culinary experience that celebrates Malaysian and Thai-inspired seafood dishes. This cozy restaurant at 61-1, Jln Dataran Suria 15/7, welcomes a diverse crowd—ranging from families and students to seafood enthusiasts who appreciate authentic flavors in a friendly local setting.

The highlight here lies in their rich menu featuring an array of dishes such as Mee Celup, Pulut Mangga, and the uniquely crafted tomyam ekor, which many patrons swear by as the best in town. The tomyam ekor stands out for its deep, balanced flavors, showcasing a perfect harmony between spicy, sour, and savory elements that leave a lasting impression. Other specialties include Kerabu Kaki Ayam, Kerang Rebus, and the tantalizing Ikan Kembong 3 Rasa, each prepared with freshness and a touch of bold seasoning that complements the natural flavors of the seafood.

Notably, the venue balances traditional Malaysian favorites and ala Thai seafood styles masterfully. Dishes such as Sate Ayam and Daging Kambing provide hearty options for those craving grilled flavors, while lighter fare like Kailan Ikan Masin and Kerabu Megi add refreshing, tangy notes to the palate. For those who prefer soupy dishes, the Sup Daging Dengan Nasi Putih or the diverse tomyam variants offer both comfort and complexity, ideal for the Malaysian climate and local taste preferences.

Overall, Mayamin Seafood delivers a compelling dining option in Puncak Alam, especially for those seeking an authentic taste of regional seafood with a Thai twist. The space is practical and unpretentious, prioritizing flavor and community over formality, making it an accessible destination for everyday dining, casual gatherings, or a fulfilling meal after a day of exploring Selangor.

One of the best ala Thai restaurant in puncak alam. Tasty food, good price, fast service. The soupy dishes here, along with its tomyam, are simply nice. The goreng2 are quite okay, but I think people enjoy its steamed fish or charcoal grilled fish the most. Drinks mostly very sweet. Might be wise to ask for less sweetened version. Overall, it's a nice place to have dinner with friends n family.

The best tomyam you can get in Puncak Alam. Definitely recommended for all the tomyam lovers out there. Came here and never order other things except for tomyam. My personal favourite is the tomyam ekor. Yes friend, tomyam ekor. Normal people would order sup ekor but I'm different. When I go to a tomyam place, this is what I would order and I kid you not, this place hits all tye right taste buds in my mouth. Nothing is perfect and yet, I still cannot find an imperfection in this dish (tomyam ekor). Definitely have my 5 stars vote. Place is usually full with students and families. So expect some delay and seating opportunity. The delay is definitely worth the wait when you get to taste the end product.

2nd time here and really love the food here !!! Gotta be my fav kedai tomyam from now on. Their teh ais and green tea drink are my favourite drink, sedap but could be too sweet for some people. We tried the nasi putih and ayam masak halia, tomyam and kueh teow kungfu this time and all of them were good. I rasa the ayam masak halia tu boleh banyakkan lagi kuah bcs for me macam sikit sangat but overall it tasted good. My sisters really liked the kueh teow kungfu despite it being too thick. Had their lokcing and keropok lekor, serius sedap panas panas !!! fast service also :)
